New treatments strategies in adult solid tumors: emerging breakthrough data, ongoing enrolling trials in Italy, active open-access programs

This congress has three main objectives, which will be explored in detail for each treated disease

a) To present the most relevant emerging therapeutic innovations that are likely to change the medical approach in the near future, highlighting the results of the most important trials recently published or presented at major meetings

b) To report the actively – enrolling clinical trials for referring our patients, with a special focus on Italian active Institutes

c) To present the open-access programs active in Italy and the practical modalities for submitting requests

At the end of the meeting, participants will be able to review and understand the most relevant emerging therapeutic innovations in the diseases discussed, with a focus on treatments likely to change clinical practice in the near future. They will be able to critically evaluate the results of key clinical trials recently published or presented at major national and international scientific meetings, identify currently enrolling clinical trials to appropriately refer patients with particular emphasis on active Italian institutions, and become familiar with open-access and early access programs available in Italy, including the practical procedures and modalities for submitting access requests.
