The registration fee includes:
– Participation to the 2 days-event,
– Food as shown in the programme
– (1) Transfer to/from Dinner on Oct. 16^th
– 1 night stay in a nearby hotel (ACCA SPORTING HOTEL**** in Opera south Milan)
– Attendance Certificate
– Italian CME credits
– Dinner (3 course meal) is offered to all registered participants and faculty
